Meet Jonathan

As a founder and entrepreneur, I’ve had the privilege of launching and exiting a SaaS company. I’ve also worked with public companies, leading business development for a $100 billion travel company in The Netherlands and a Fortune 500 company in the U.S.. These experiences taught me the value of perseverance and collaboration in building partnerships and driving growth.


Growing up as the son of immigrants, I witnessed what it takes to build something meaningful. Those lessons shaped my deep respect for small to mid-size business owners who play a vital role in their communities, supporting employees and customers alike. 


My goal is simple: to continue what you or your family have built while unlocking new opportunities for your business to thrive.


I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Babson College and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. 


Outside of work, I stay active through running and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I also enjoy binge-watching the latest hit shows on Netflix—like Squid Game or Physical 100—and attempting to master Finnish, one word at a time. I am based in both Helsinki and the D.C. Metro area, which enables me to bring a global perspective to my work and a wide network of connections.

Step 2: Initial Due Diligence & LOI (3-6 Weeks)

We’ll conduct a preliminary review and agree on a fair valuation. A Letter of Intent (LOI) will outline our proposed terms.

Step 3: Due Diligence & Agreement (3-4 Months)

Together, we’ll complete financial, legal, and operational diligence with experts in small to mid-size business transactions to finalize the Purchase & Sale Agreement.

Step 4: Transition (6-12 Months)

We’ll collaborate on a tailored transition plan, ensuring continuity for employees, customers, and partners while preserving the legacy of your small to mid-size or family-owned business.
